How to clean your kitchen chimney - Easy 3 way to clean kitchen chimney

If you are looking for a way to clean your chimney, then this article is going to help you. There are many ways that you can use to clean your chimney but the easiest and simplest way is using baking soda.

Baking soda has a lot of uses in cleaning and it’s very easy to make a mixture with it. You can also use vinegar or lemon juice instead of baking soda if you want something stronger.

The mixture that I am going to show you will work on any kind of dirt or debris that might be stuck in your chimney but if there is something stuck inside the flue itself then you should call an expert because they will know what kind of tools they need to get into those tight spaces.

How to clean your kitchen chimney - Easy 3 way to clean kitchen chimney

So, let’s get started with how we can clean our kitchen chimneys using baking soda and some other simple ingredients!

Easy 3 way to clean kitchen chimney

The first method is baking soda + water

Baking Soda + Water = Baking Soda paste This is one of the easiest ways that I know how to clean my kitchen flue and it works really well too! All we have to do here is take some baking soda (about 1/4 cup) and mix it with about 1/4 cup water until it forms a paste like consistency (like toothpaste).

Now, all we have to do here is take this mixture up into our fireplace through the fireplace insert or grate so that we can spread this around inside our flue so that everything gets cleaned out really well!

Just make sure not too much gets on the floor because next thing we are going through here would be vinegar!

The second method is vinegar + warm water

Vinegar + Warm Water = Cleaning Solution This one isn’t as strong as making a paste but still works great for cleaning out our flues!

All we have here first off is about 2 tablespoons of vinegar mixed with warm water (about 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit).

We then just pour this solution into an empty spray bottle so that when we go up into our fireplace later on, all we have got ready for us right now would be some hot water from the tap mixed with some strong smelling cleaner!

We just spray this solution onto everything inside our fireplace including any grills or cooking utensils so everything gets cleaned really well without damaging anything at all!

Just make sure not too much gets on the floor because next thing we are going through here would be lemon juice which has more acidity than vinegar does…so don’t leave them both sitting side by side waiting for someone who knows what they are doing haha!!

The third method is lemon juice + warm water

Lemon Juice + Warm Water = Lemon Juice & Water Mixture This one isn’t as strong as making a paste but still works great for cleaning out our flues! All what I am doing first off by mixing 2 tablespoons of lemon juice mixed with warm water (about 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit).

Then after mixing these two things together, I pour this solution into an empty spray bottle so when I go up in my fireplace later on, all I got ready for me right now would be some hot water from the tap mixed with some strong smelling cleaner!

Just like before though don’t leave them both sitting side by side waiting for someone who knows what they are doing haha!!

So yeah these were three different ways how you could clean your kitchen chimney using only three ingredients each time!! Hope these tips helped everyone out!!!
