01 Weight gain during pregnancy

2. Feeling healthy is a common sign of pregnancy

03. Agitation or movement of the baby

But at the end of nine months, movement reduced due to lack of space.
04. Normal growth
Your doctor may perform an ultrasound to track your baby's health and growth. Normally, a fetus grows two inches per month. So, by the seventh month, your baby should be 14 inches long. At the end of nine months, a fetus weighs about 3 kilos and is 18-20 inches long.
05. Having a heartbeat
The baby's heart starts beating in the fifth week of pregnancy. To confirm your baby's heartbeat, doctors can usually conduct a non-stress test. The test monitors the baby's heart rate and provides information about possible threats, if there are any problems. A healthy baby's heart rate is usually between 110 and 160 beats per minute.
06. Position the baby properly before delivery
At nine months, there is less movement due to less space. A healthy baby assumes a head-first position and moves down the birth canal.
